“I want to take a moment to talk about the artist this mix is dedicated to—Sébastien Léger. Born in France, he grew up surrounded by music, but he carved his own path in the electronic world. Since the late 90s, he’s been one of those producers and DJs who refuses to follow trends. From the early house and electro days to the melodic, soulful sounds he’s known for now, Sébastien has always kept his music innovative, deep, and moving.

For me personally, his work hit in a way that shaped not just how I DJ, but how I hear music altogether. Since the mid-90s, music has been my way of living, learning, and expressing—and artists like him gave me a standard to chase. He’s had a real impact on my journey, and honestly, it’s an honor to make this tribute in his name. Nobody asked me to do this, I wanted to—because when someone’s art changes the way you see your own, you owe it to celebrate that.

And just to close things properly, I wanted to finish the mix with Flutes—a track remixed by Sasha. I know he and Sébastien are mates, so it felt right to end on that note.
