This is the fourth episode of the Mapmaking 101 series, where I share what I've learned and discovered through the last couple of years of my cartographer's journey. This episode is the first 'practical one', and I hope that at least some of the tips I provide here will be useful in your case.

I talk about what common mistakes beginner mappers tend to make when they start their encounter with digital cartography. This tutorial is tool-agnostic, but that also means that some tips won't sadly help in your case.
