I’m super excited that you’re tuning in for the first episode of a brand-new segment on the channel: Rantz With Pastor T-Rad.

This idea has been years in the making. About 8–9 years ago, I used to go on little “rants” with friends at work—always with the goal of encouraging people, sharing wisdom, and helping them keep the faith in the middle of everything happening in the church and the world. Back then we joked about calling it Rantz With Pastor T-Rad… but the name stuck. After a lot of prayer and encouragement, here we are.

I truly pray this new segment encourages you, strengthens your faith, and blesses you as you continue to seek truth and seek Jesus.

As of my one-year YouTube anniversary (January 10), this channel reached 3,000 subscribers and over 400,000 views. That may not sound like a lot to some, but I’m blown away. This channel was never about numbers—it’s always been about encouraging Christians and being a resource to help strengthen faith in Christ. All the glory belongs to God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

In today’s episode, I share what I believe is not just a rant—but a word for the Church. Truth is under attack. The Gospel is under attack. And many believers are being drawn away by distorted teachings, half-truths, and messages that appeal to feelings rather than Scripture.

We take a serious look at 2 Timothy 4:3–4, where Paul warns that a time will come when people will no longer endure sound doctrine, but will gather teachers to suit their own passions—turning away from truth and wandering into myths. With the rise of social media and online “teachers,” discernment has never been more important.

This message is not meant to condemn—but to encourage you to stay grounded in God’s Word, read Scripture for yourself, and allow the Holy Spirit to lead you into truth.
