Kinuwestyon ni Senate Deputy Minority Leader Risa Hontiveros ang nationality ng alkalde ng Bamban, Tarlac na si Mayor Alice Guo. Ito ay matapos maugnay ang pangalan ng alkalde sa nadiskubreng ilegal na POGO operations sa kanilang lugar.

Sa press conference, sinabi rin ng senador na humiling na sila ng kopya ng Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) at Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) ni Guo.
