5. 1 cup basmati rice

For green paste;
1. 1 cup coriander leaves with stem
2. ¼ cup mint leaves
3. 1 chopped green chilly
4. ½ tsp salt
5. 2 tsp lemon juice
6. 2 tbsp water
For pulao;
1. 1 tbsp oil
2. 2 tbsp ghee
3. 1 cardamom
4. 2 cloves
5. 1 cinnamon stick
6. 1 bay leafe
7. ½ tsp cumin seeds
8. ½ cup chopped French beans
9. ½ tsp salt
10. ½ cup chopped capsicum
11. ¼ cup chopped cabbage
12. ½ cup boiled green peas
13. ¼ cup boiled sweetcorn
14. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
15. 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
16. ¼ cup water
17. Add boiled rice
18. 50 gram paneer cubes
19. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
20. 8-10 cashewnuts
