Back in 2021, when I was only doing audio for this podcast, I interviewed forex trader, Jay Harwood. Like me, Jay set out to become a trader partly to have more time to write fiction.

A number of listeners wrote to me saying they’d especially enjoyed listening to Jay’s story. I think his good-humoured reflections on a tumultuous first few years really resonated with them.

As he lives not too far from me, I proposed getting together on camera this time. Here we are in his study in Leighton Buzzard, about 40 minutes north of London.
