Eastdale Mall, most recently spotted in the 2021 reboot of The Wonder Years, is a mall that's trying to find its place in Montgomery, Alabama.

This place walks the line of being a dead mall – it's 60-70% occupied, but has a few issues. Among these are several incidents of gun crime in its recent history and the success of the nearby Shoppes at EastChase.

Eastdale Mall was sold to Namdar Realty Group in 2020, and it remains to be seen whether they're capable of overcoming these hurdles.
