In the residential G-Block, there is stability, but commercial activity is faster regarding rates. Moving to J-Block, the situation is similar. In the starting portion, roads were already carpeted during the previous phase. Construction activity is there; the main 150-foot road light poles are installed. They have made a beautiful 150-foot road. The roundabout near the grid station is also complete. Turning right from the roundabout, the portion behind the main road is also black-topped. A new house on the right side is almost at the grey structure stage. In the possession portion of J-Block, work is still ongoing on further roads. Leveling is done, but carpeting is pending. There is a large park in J-Block which is being filled with soil to increase its height, and this will be finished in a few days. The 150-foot road (previously 60 feet) behind the station extending to G-Block is complete with light poles installed. This is great news for those waiting for development to finish for possession. The 150-foot road connecting to G-Block is complete. In the J-Block portion, there are commercial and residential cuttings. Near the grid station and containers, roads that were not carpeted are now mostly complete. Only a small portion around the 300 or 500 numbering near the park remains. Numbering boards have been installed in the streets of J-Block. You can expect possession in J-Block within the next 1.5 to 2 months.
