MEXICAN FRUGAL BREAKFAST

PANCAKES
1c flour (you can use gluten free )
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1c milk

EGGS IN THE OVEN
1 small can of chiles jalapeños
6 eggs
1 handful of spinach
salt and pepper
cheddar cheese

EGGS IN RED SAUCE
4 eggs
2 tomatoes
piece of onion
1 clove of garlic
salt
