In the early years of RPA, a lot of enterprises made the strategic call that they want to create their own internal capability by creating a Center of Excellence. We’ve found a lot of enterprises try, but since it’s not something they’ve done before, they struggle to make their CoE successful for a number of reasons. The talent and experience in RPA is in high demand, so the retention rates for these internal centers of excellence has been poor. To address this for clients, Symphony sets up “a Managed Center of Excellence.” All the strengths of a dedicated team, but the added bonus that it’s our people - we recruit, train to our IP and battle tested methodology - dedicated to a client. It’s our responsibility to keep the team whole. Because of the way we recruit, train, and support - you can keep the momentum high.
