After a video of rats crawling on a Maryland woman’s refrigerator and dead rats on her apartment floor went viral, Montgomery County has put the apartment building where she lives on notice to clean up its act.

The TikTok video, recorded inside an apartment at the Arrive Apartment Building on Georgia Avenue, shows a woman complaining about a rat infestation and includes a live rat jumping onto her refrigerator and what she claims is a bag of dead rats.
