3 Unique Ways to Serve Gajar Ka Halwa | Carrot Rabdi Rolls | Carrot Rabdi Puff | Carrot Delight |


Ingredients:
2kg Carrot
1 Litre Fresh Milk
250 Gm Khoya /Mawa
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Dry Milk Powder
1/4 Cup Ghee or Oil
1/2 TS Green Cardamom Powder
Dry Nuts

Method:
first peel carrot and shred with shredder. Then Put shredded carrot in pan and let it cook till its water dries up, then add fresh milk and let it cook till milk dries up. Then add sugar and let it cook for 20 minutes or till sugar water dries up. after 10 minutes add cardamom powder 1/2 ts. after 20 minutes add 1/4 cup ghee or oil and now cook well for 20 to 25 minutes. during cooking add dry milk powder. After 20 to 25 minutes add khoya and mix well. And at last add nuts like walnuts, cashew nuts and almonds. Yummy gajar ka halwa is ready.

Rabdi Kheer:
1 Litre milk
6 Pieces of Bread (Make crumbs)
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 TS Cardamom Powder
1/2 Cup Khoya
1/4 Cup Desiccated Coconut

Boil milk then add bread crumbs. Let it cook till it thicken. Then add cardamom powder, Sugar, desiccated coconut & Khoya.
