Property Cleanup Done In No Time | But I Didn't Charge Enough

We knocked out a pretty decent sized property cleanup in a matter of hours, but based on the equipment we brought and the services we provided, we probably didn't charge enough! We didn't film nearly enough of it because we were trying to be so efficient.

It's tough when you're also a rental property owner, because it's hard to stay within the parameters of your bid, you see something that needs to be cleared out, that you may not have quoted in a bid, and you tear it out or clean it out because I would want the same done at my property.

Luckily, we brought the Kubota KX-040 mini excavator from my rental fleet, and it truly did all the heavy lifting and sorting of debris on the property. We got the project started after lunch and finished before dark, something that would have taken days by hand. So in the end, we DID make money, but probably fell short on our value, and that's the lesson to be learned.
