Recipe:
340 grams scallops
375 grams bacon
2 tablespoons butter
1 garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon parsley

1. Clean and dry the scallops.
2. Cut the bacon slices in half, and half again if you’re working with small scallops.
3. Wrap each scallop in the bacon and secure with a toothpick. Add to a lined baking tray.
4. Melt the butter and add the minced garlic, lemon pepper and parsley.
5. Brush the butter mixture on each bacon wrapped scallop.
6. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
7. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
