I always liked the idea of Gauranlen trees and looked forward to doing a playthrough with them, so I figured with my channel doing a fair amount of plants vs zombies recently with my Can You Beat Plants Vs Zombies with ONLY SUMMONERS blowing up as well as that im finishing writing up a plants vs zombies theory as we speak, It seemed only reasonable that I would do a rimworld video doing a playthrough basing it around both Gauranlen trees and plant characters from plants vs zombies. Also im using this as a chance to try a new episodic style on these rimworld videos. Let me know if you want more rimworld videos like this.

Rimworld is a simulation story simulator game released back in 2013 as a working progressive colleague and successor to the game Dwarf Fortress. Since then, it has been worked on substantially by its dedicated developers ludeon studios, Tynan Silvester, Double studios, with music composed by Allistar Lindsay. The game has been critically acclaimed many times, as extremely detailed and creative, along with a great deal of humorous references generating from the game, such as it earning the nickname "war crime simulator". And with how many things the player can do with their pawns in the game, its no wonder why. They can declare war on other factions, with both wild animals like megaspiders, thrumbos, and muffalo, or use nuclear weapons instead. They can create their own drug empires with things like go juice or yayo.
Since then, the game has had 5 dlcs release for the game, Royalty DLC Biotech DLC, Ideology DLC, Anomoly DLC, and most Recently, Odyssey DLC. This has made the replayability almost exponential. Now they can:
They can make their own robot armys with the help of the mechanitors. They can either work with or fight the empire and obtain magic powers. They can turn their characters into one of the 10 new races, pigskins, impids, yttakin, wasters, genies, high mates, hussars, neanderthals, dirtmoles, or sanguophages(and as of anomoly dlc ghouls too). They can fight gigantic armys of insectoids. They can start their own religion and cults. They can turn their own people into ghouls who quite literally reject their humanity. They can also fight off the cosmic horrors of the void. All in all rimworld is an amazing game and I highly reccommend it. Odysseys main feature is adding space travel and exploration but with a brand new xenotype race known as starjacks who are meant to live in space
