Auto Repair perk missing - Helicopters no longer overpowered, and vehicles can no longer repair themselves.
Enemies can detect players easier.
Movement speed is reduced while crouching, making it harder to sneak around.
Player takes increased damage from Animals. (including DLC)
Player only does half-damage to Ground, Air and Sea vehicles.
Player can run out of breath faster while underwater.
Players cannot use "Sabotage" or "Booby Trap" on vehicles.
Disabling alarms on Outpost maps takes longer without damaging them.
Player cannot throw back enemy grenades.
Player takes increased fall damage.
Switching weapons takes significantly longer.
All weapons have more recoil.
Guns and bows take significantly longer to reload.
Hipfire accuaracy for guns and bows is reduced.
Player has increased enmity - enemies attack players over others.
Ammo capacity for everything is significantly reduced. [40% to 80%]
Player can only carry 3 medkits instead of 5.
Player can only carry 3 melee weapons instead of 9.
Player can only carry 3 explosives of every type instead of 5.

Health Boost 300%
Player can use chain takedowns and sidearm takedowns, and the takedown range is maxed.
Access to Grapple Hook, Wingsuit and Parachute.
Access to Repair Torch.
All holsters unlocked - can carry 3 primary arms.
