😊306 Kadhai Capsicum Paneer..
Cut Green, Red, Yellow capsicum in cubes. Cut 250 gms Paneer in cubes. Slice 3 to 4 Tomatoes. In a pan add oil, 1 tbs jeera, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbs dhaniya powder, 1 tbs kashmiri red chilli powder. Add the tomatoes and cook till half done. Then add capsicum, salt to taste. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Then add paneer with little water. Add 1 tbs garam masala, 1 tbs kadhai masala, a handful kasuri methi. Cover and cook for 4 minutes till water dries. Keep the flame on medium. Veggies should remain crunchy. Serve.

Kadhai Masala powder….
In a pan dry roast
2 tbs coriander
1 tsp jeera
1 bayleaf
1 tsp black pepper
2 dry red chilli
1 black cardamom
2 green cardamom
6 cloves
1 inch cinnamon
Grind into a powder. Masala ready.
