Liposuction is also best for those looking to have a procedure done on a very specific and targeted area of the body that's bothering them. For extensive fat removal and the ease of only one procedure, liposuction is the best option. If a non-invasive procedure is more appealing, CoolSculpting would be the better option. However, it should be noted that cool sculpting takes approximately 2-3 visits to get satisfactory results.
