This monster of a cocktail originates from Ray Buhen’s famous L.A. bar the Tiki-Ti. It’s best enjoyed drinking from the bottom of the glass through a straw. That way the drink will evolve while you drink it and the float of overproof rum will slowly be blended in the further you travel on this rum adventure. Cheers and happy trails!

INGREDIENTS
30 ml Lime Juice
22 ml Orange Juice
22 ml Pineapple Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
22 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
30 ml Honey Syrup
15 ml Falernum
22 ml Black Blended Rum (I used Gosling’s Black Seal)
30 ml Blended Lightly Aged Rum (I used Bacardi Carta Oro)
30 ml Blended Aged Rum (I used El Dorado 8 year)
22 ml Black Blended Overproof Rum (I used Plantation O.F.T.D.)
