Saoji Chicken , It’s a very spicy and flavorful  dish from Nagpur. Saoji cuisine has a cult following in the region in and around Nagpur. Food of the Saojis or Savjis, a community of Kshatriyas, concentrated in the Vidharba region and in parts of Karnataka and Andhra, is a very non vegetarian affair with huge emphasis on mutton, chicken n’ fish. Sao ji chicken is a darkish  colour and more of a thickish gravy, spicy &  insanely tasty chicken curry .The spice levels in this chicken curry is quite high. The stuff burns you inside out, but it is worth trying along with some Bhakri or Jawar ki roti.
