Kick start off this spring with one of Sapling's favourite cocktails - Spring Thyme, using seasonal ingredients. Sapling exist to tackle climate change through regenerative farming and reforestation. Try this simple & delicious cocktail that is as good for the environment, as it is to taste!

INGREDIENTS:
🍸 35ml Sapling Vodka
🌿 20ml Italian Aperitif
🥃 5ml Apricot Brandy
🥤 White peach and jasmine soda
🌱 Thyme sprigs

METHOD:
1. Using a jigger to measure, add 35ml Sapling Vodka.
2. Followed by 20ml of Italian Aperitif
3. Add 5ml of Apricot Brandy.
4. Fill the glass with cubed ice.
5. Top up your glass with the peach & jasmine soda.
6. Mix it all together, and top up with a little bit more ice.
7. Garnish with a couple sprigs of fresh thyme.
8. Serve and enjoy!
