Actress Karate Kalyani broke down in tears after alleging that she was attacked while standing up for Hindu Dharma and exposing an illegal lucky draw conducted in the name of God near Adibatla, Hyderabad. According to reports, Karate Kalyani had earlier identified a group falsely promoting a “TTD Lucky Draw” on social media and filed a complaint with the Panjagutta police. Despite the complaint, the accused allegedly uploaded another video announcing the date, time, and location of the fake lucky draw. Alerted by this, Karate Kalyani, along with her family members and police officials, went to the mentioned location near Wonderla, Adibatla, and caught the accused red-handed. During the confrontation, the suspects allegedly tried to attack her, pulled her chunni, and threatened her. However, she stood her ground and handed them over to the police. Speaking to the media, Karate Kalyani questioned who had given them the right to collect money in the name of God and expressed distress over being personally targeted for raising her voice. Videos related to the incident have gone viral on social media. A case has been registered by Adibatla police, and further investigation is underway.
