A while back, I made a small decision to do something different. Something not necessarily "textbook" and it's changed my entire life. My outlook became stronger and my will to feed a passion became greater than anything else I have ever put myself into. And not only that, but I was given a huge blessing. I think of it as a giant hug from many, many people who I admire and look up to. I could never put it all into words, but I'm grateful that they have accepted me into their "community", and I couldn't feel more at home with all of them by my side.

With that being said, I've decided to a little something. It might not be worth it, but I'm gonna do it anyways.

I've decided to auction off this picture - for a very good cause. It's my favorite photo for many reasons, but most importantly, because it represents a part of my soul. I remember sitting down on that stump, admiring that knife, and feeling my passion for knife throwing bleed from my pores. And I think this picture represents that feeling perfectly. I am so blessed by what has come my way and to me, there's no better thing to do than to send my love back, full circle.

100% of the proceeds submitted for this auction will be donated to the I.K.T.H.O.F. - International Knife Throwers Hall Of Fame - (a group which I am happily member of) to help support the funds, needs and costs it takes to maintain such an organization. Costs such as their amazing scholarship program, annual knife throwing competitions (both locally and internationally) and insurance costs that are needed to run such events. The I.K.T.H.O.F. Board of Directors is maintained by an amazing group of people who have been paying many of these costs out of their own pockets for many years, and their efforts (although MUCH appreciated) should be rewarded and assisted, whenever possible. Hence, the reason I am doing this.

As for the picture, the print itself is 16 x 20 inches and the frame was hand picked by yours truly. It will include a certificate of authenticity to ensure that it is me, it is my photo and the knife (although physically mine) truly belongs to the knife-maker himself (Mr. Ward Wright). I will also be signing the back of the photo personally to whomever the highest bid is awarded to.

The auction will start here with this post and will continue on for the next 5 days. In other words, the official deadline will be Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at 6:00PM. I will be posting this on Facebook, YouTube and Instagram to ensure everyone has a chance to see it, and a chance to bid.

Youtubers: Please submit your bid via email at [email protected]. Please also include your full name. If you are the winner of the auction, I will contact you directly to provide payment information (which is done PayPal). Once payment has been received, the picture will be shipped.
