This video series is part of my ongoing PhD research and personal journey exploring the intersection between mental health and spiritual consciousness. Specifically, I’m examining the blurred lines and shared experiences between Dissociative Identity Disorder, psychosis, and consciousness expansion — through the lens of shamanic practice, spirituality, and lived experience.

What you’re about to see is not a performance — it’s an autoethnographic experiment, meaning I’m both the researcher and the subject. I’m documenting my own thoughts, emotions, and experiences in real time, as part of an inquiry into how consciousness trans⁷forms during intense psychological and spiritual awakenings.

This series is about opening conversation, reducing stigma, and helping others who may have felt isolated by similar experiences to understand that there is meaning, method, and science behind the mystery.
