Beautiful autumn colours at the Mookerheide, a nature reserve near Nijmegen in the Netherlands. The area was formed during the second to last ice age. These hills played an important role in history on numerous occasions, the most famous being Operation Market Garden in WWII. Now, it's a great area to go for a stroll and enjoy the diverse forest, views and wildlife.
