The webinar will be held on Thursday 29 April 2021 via Webex. This meetup is targeted at all big data professionals who want to become more knowledgeable in data management.

Speaker Bio:
George Bassili, President of DAMA Australia
George Bassili has more than two decades of experience working as a Data Management, Data Analytics, and Business Improvement consultant. George has led the development of numerous Technology & Data Strategies for Federal, State, and Local Government authorities, as well as developed Data Management and Data Sharing frameworks for numerous cross-government initiatives including data sharing around Citizen and Child for the NT Government. Before moving into consulting in 2004, George was the Chief Software Architect for a commercially available BI & Analytics solution, in use by almost half of all Fortune 1000 companies around the world. George is the President of the Data Management Association of Australia (DAMA), and Managing Partner at IMS, a consultancy specialising in data management.
