Indrid Cold... A name that is legendary within the fields of cryptozoology, ufology and known to most people with even a passing interest in Fortean culture. In this video, we'll be taking a look at what Indrid Cold is, or could be, before moving on to a number of fascinating aspects of the legend of Indrid Cold in this brand new short documentary.

To begin with, we will look at who or what Indrid Cold is, where he comes from, why he is here and what witnesses say about this strange alien man. We will then go in-depth into eyewitness accounts, from his first sighting by two boys in New Jersey back in the 1960's, to the now iconic account by Woodrow Derenberger, a sewing machine salesman from the Point Pleasant, West Virginia area of the United States. Derenberger has told his story numerous times over the years, and it hasn't changed at all since the first time he told it on television back in 1966, in the now-famous The Man Called Cold interview.

We will also be looking at how at the very same time, in the same town, the legendary Mothman was also being sighted, and we will be exploring what possible connections there may be between Indrid Cold and the Mothman.

Point Pleasant certainly was a very strange place to be in the 1960's. From alien visitors, UFO sightings and reports of frightening flying creatures, we must take it upon ourselves to investigate these bizarre occurrences that the government insists on covering up. Maybe one day, we will finally solve the mystery of Indrid Cold...
