Stream Deck plugin for ATS and ETS2 - UPDATED to V5

We have added highly requested features to our Stream Deck Plugin:

Support for modifier keys (Shift, Ctrl, Alt, ...)
Removed gray backgrounds from icons
Redrawn all icons to be in vector graphics format
Fixed calculation of damage
New button: Speed indicator
New button: Gearbox indicator
New button: Windshield wipers
New button: Electricity switch
Updated button: Engine switch now supports separate electricity
