I decided it was time to build the framework for the LEGO city DEEP SEA or UNDERWATER scene! It will sit on a 5x4.5 baseplate surface that will be framed by blue baseplates! Today, I take care of creating the wood structures, the first row of MILS plates, and the plan for moving forward!
