Our Service Fee : (Non Refundable)

Step 1 Service: Basic & Shipping team service fee : Rs.1500 (Whatsapp group creation, all shipping related discussions like tax details , docs required, freight rates, clearance charges , Import guidance for beginners & Basic doubt clearance & Consultation ), North Indian shipping team.

Step 2 Service: (Sourcing by our team ) or discussions with your identified supplier Chinese Sourcing team (Whatsapp group creation along with chinese partner & Tamil partner living in china)

*Sourcing : Finding right manufacturers in China, Providing Quotations - Ex work/ FOB / CIF & door to door delivery quotations from chinese manufacturers & Landing Cost Calculations, Factory analysis. (Importer (Mr.S. Prakash ), Client (You), our team Chinese partner & Tamil partner living in china will be in this whatsapp group )

Service fee for step 2 service: Rs.2000

Step 3 service : Samples Order (Service Fee : Rs. 3000 Below Goods Value Rs. 10,000)
a) We import & deliver goods to you (We are the importer)
b) You Import in your own IEC (You are the importer)

Step 4 Service : Order Execution (Payment, Shipping, Import & Delivery)
(Inspections, Loading, Shipping agents , customs clearance & delivery through our sourcing team (Both Chinese Partner & Tamil Partner (Settled & living in China ) & Importers in North India or by our own IEC

a) We import & deliver goods to you (We are the importer)
b) You Import in your own IEC (You are the importer)

(Logistics, CHA agent, & Freight forwarder can be arranged by your own if need)

Our service fee : (Non Refundable)

Service fee per shipment : 3% on goods value above 3 Lakhs to 1 Crore
Rs.9000 on goods value below 3 Lakhs
Rs.6000 on goods value below Rs.50000

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) : starting from samples orders
Maximum order : full container loads ( both 20 and 40 feet )
Sea shipments, Air shipments & Door to Door delivery.


Tuticorin & North Indian CHA office visit allowed by prior appointment for paid clients & Business clients only.
Direct China visit can be arranged by our sourcing agents team (Visa arrangements,
Hotel room booking, flight booking, Airport pickup service (all transportation), Interpreter / Translator service, canton fair trade show visit arrangements.
You can find suppliers on your own or our sourcing agent will find depending upon your
product.
Sourcing , shipping, customs clearance & door delivery by our sourcing agents.
Chinese sourcing agent will be used for finding manufacturers/ suppliers.
Tamil agent in China will inspect the factory, loading & shipments if need and will send
us images & videos about order status.
