Morning warm-up routine to increase whole body joint health by increaseing flexibility and strength = Mobiity. Exercises created by Dr. Spina.
2 cycles each way, going from head to toe while bracing the body muscles and having tension in the joints, the routine should all feel like an exercise it could be tiring and maybe a little exhausting. their are individual movements for each individual joint such as neck, back, shoulders, arms (elbows) wrists, hips, knee, ankles and toes but while working this just you're also going to be bracing the rest of the body engaging each muscle so each movement feels like a exercise not stretching. these exercise are to help anyone one who feels a little weak or who ever wants to make some improvements. doing the exercises consistently will have a better benefit then ones health and physical strength overall.
