🔶 INGREDIENTS:

• Avocado(Ripe) - 1 no.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon(1 lemon)
• Onion(Finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons(Or as required)
• Tomato(Finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons(Or as required)
• Green chilli(Finely chopped) - According to your taste
• Coriander leaves(Finely chopped) - As required
• Salt - According to your taste
• Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (According to your taste)

🔶 NOTES:

• Always use a ripe avocado for best results. If the avocados are not ripe, then cover with a paper towel or brown paper and place them on the kitchen counter for some days till they ripen.
• To store Guacamole, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, so the plastic wrap will touch the entire top layer of the guacamole and then you can refrigerate it for up to 1 day.
• Guacamole is best eaten right after it's made. Like apples, avocados start to oxidize and turn brown once they've been cut. That said, the acid in the lemon juice you add to guacamole can help slow down that process.
