So should you move back to Hawaii? This is a big decision that a lot of former Hawaii residents will be asking themselves given the current economic situation. I've received some emails and messages asking me about why I moved back to Hawaii and I wanted to share why I moved back in 2012 and some things to consider if you're thinking about making that move. I'm pretty sure everyone who moves away from Hawaii misses it, at least a little. But is that enough to make the move from the mainland to Hawaii?

I really enjoyed my time on the mainland, but there were other things in my life that drew me back to Hawaii. I'm glad I moved back when I did. So if you're considering moving back to Hawaii after time on the mainland or abroad, good luck with the decision.
