Adrienne Balkum recorded the RCH WSC June Board Meeting at it's new location at the McLendon-Chisholm City Hall. President David Naylor, Warren Hodges is Vice President. Jackie Pullen the Secretary/Treasurer, Director Lowell English and Steve Hatfield were present.

No staff or attorney was present.

Also present were the following McLendon-Chisholm City Council Members: McLendon-Chisholm City Council Mayor Pro Tem Adrienne Balkum, McLendon-Chisholm City Council Member Jennifer Hoffman, McLendon-Chisholm Board of Adjustments Chairwoman Bev Stibbens.

Approximately 50 customers/members were present.

Key highlights:
• Banking Resolution approve David Naylor, Jackie Pullen and Steve Hatfield as signatories. [Warren Hodges expressed he would like to not be one of the signers.]
• Subject to an agreement between Blackland and City of Rockwall to approve an Emergency Connection.
• Approved a temporary waiver of the late payment fees.
• The Annual Audit Update is that it is still being worked on and once they receive access banking they will be able to provide that information to the Auditor.

Closed the Public Meeting at 4:41pm to enter an Executive Session.

The meeting is not compliant with the Texas Government Code 551.

Agenda was not efficiently notice appropriately nor was it printed for attendees.
