~INGREDIENTS~
Cauliflower- 18-20 florets
Water as required
Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder- 1/2 tsp or to taste
Salt to taste
All-purpose flour / Maida- 2 tbsp
Cornflour-1 tsp
Oil as required for frying
~FOR GRAVY~
Oil- 2 tbsp
Garlic- 2 tbsp finely chopped
Ginger- 1 tbsp finely chopped
Onion 1 med size finely chopped
Capsicum- 2 tbsp chopped
Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Tomato ketchup- 2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce- 1 tbsp or to taste
Soya sauce- 1/2 tsp
Water- 1/2 cup
Cornflour- 1 tsp
water - 2 tbsp
Spring onion for garnishing as required
