Budget Deck Tech - Roxanne, Starfall Savant - Double Up ~$47

*** Clarification - Sarinth Greatwurm triggers anytime a land enters the battlefield, not just when you play one. So, that card is even better in this deck. (Thanks Mark Dunn!) Also, I confused affinity and improvise when talking about Chiss-Gloria. Chiss Gloria would not need you to tap the treasure tokens to pay for the casting cost (improvise), it automatically costs 1 less for each artifact you control. (Thanks Mylama!)
