This is John Newcom. He is a player from my locals. He scales packs on a regular basis. He is talking about somethings he looks for when he scales packs.

Keep in mind that I dont scale packs. I dont have a stand on if this is right or wrong. Also My sponcer, Coolectors Mall in Owensboro KY does not allow anyone to scale packs in their store. All packs he scales are from Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, etc. Any pack you buy there will come from a clean box. The packs he scaled are packs that he bought, then scaled just for this video.
