Here's how Kulman Ghising put an end to loadshedding | M&S INSPIRE | M&S VMAG

Kulman Ghising is a man of his words. Within months of being appointed the Managing Director of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Ghising lived up to his promise of ending the decade-long load shedding problem in Nepal. In doing so he not only lit up the homes and streets of Kathmandu Valley but also brought to light many of NEA’s underlying problems.

From being a hardworking student from a small village to leading a governmental organisation, Ghising has forged his way to success solely on sheer determination and dedication to his jobs and ideals. In this interview with VMAG’s Gaurav Pote, Ghising talks about his younger days, his journey so far and his plans to implement solutions for solving the electricity crisis in Nepal.
