As a part of Capital Impact Partners’ efforts to support dignified aging in communities, we financed a loan for the development of two Green House senior living homes in the Riverton Neighborhood of Detroit, MI.

The project is being led by Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM), one of Michigan's premier senior living providers. Upon completion of construction, residents moved from nursing homes to a more supportive level of care, and participated in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for Elderly (PACE), which provides medical and non-medical wrap-around services.
