Halfway There! | 2 Days Hiking North on the Pieterpad | Braamt to Vorden (35km)

Come along with me on two beautiful days of hiking the Pieterpad in the Netherlands! This section takes me from Braamt to Vorden, covering a total of 35 kilometers over two days.

Day 1: I started in Braamt and hiked 17km to Zelhem, passing a scenic lock and even a castle along the way.
Day 2: From Zelhem to Vorden (18km), I wandered through old castle forests, passed charming Dutch farms, and ended at the majestic castle of Vorden.

Everything was connected using public transportation – easy access via train and buses made it a smooth adventure.

This hike marks the halfway point of the Pieterpad for me, and I can’t wait to continue the journey north!
