Fished this upper tidal Brisbane River on both outgoing and incoming. Not surprisingly, the best bite times were spot on. The stretch of river is a nursery with many small sized Bass and Tarpon. Its good to see the river has recovered well since the 2022 floods. There's lots of tree litter, and large logs assisting in cover for the fish species that inhabit and obviously breed.
Such an enjoyable day.
