Kasmuel Mcoure is facing backlash, with Kenyans labeling him a sellout following the events at Bomas today. The public participation exercise for the impeachment of Gachagua was underway in Nairobi, where two activists, Morara Kebaso and Kasmuel Mcoure, were present. However, the two received very different treatment. Morara Kebaso was blocked from entering Bomas, and after finally getting in, he was denied the microphone and attacked by goons who threw chairs at him.
