Explore The Stunning Cherbourg Cruise Port In France!

This is the Doris Visits guide for what to do, and what there is, in Cherbourg, a cruise port and international ferry terminal and lively quays. Le Redoutable nuclear submarine museum is housed next to where the ship docks but is a four-hour tour. As the city opens and wakes late, the submarine may be a good early call. Tours include coach trips to local villages and there is a great deal of WWII history.
La Cité de la Mer aquarium is worth a look, it is not in this video. The old town and cathedral are covered.
