This feel good fertility yoga sequence was inspired by the yoga poses I turn to almost daily. They leave me feeling connected to my body, fluid and free in my hips, and sensual.

Many of these poses target the hips and chest, two areas I often focus on when I work with someone on their journey to conception. In some traditional ways of approaching health, the Heart is thought to be connected to the Uterus. By supporting the Heart, fertility is enhanced.

I hope this practice leaves you feeling easeful, receptive, sensual, and joyful. All things I associate with living fertile.

Best wishes!
