Once again I have the pleasure of testing a Wealpe product, and once again I am happy with what I see. (For those not familiar, they make higher end "off brand" accessories for cameras, similar to Smatree).
Included in this package is the grip itself, and the tripod mount for GoPro's. simple and to the point. The threading is standard tripod threading both on top of the grip, and underneath, so most cameras can attach.
To summarize, my favorite aspects of this are 1. COMFORT! It feels as soft as velvet, yet still sturdy. 2. Price point. Retails for $12.99, so won't break the bank. 3. Appears sturdy during my time testing. It's well designed and easy to use (part of the efficiency is the ability to comfortably use the grip one way or the opposite direction).
The only things I can see that keep it from being perfect, is that it needs a lanyard connection. I would have liked to see one that attaches to the tripod hole underneath. Another thought was if the grip had the capability to extend just a foot or so. I fixed that problem by adding a few joints for height (not in the video).
