In this episode, we saddle up and head over to one of Tucson's hidden gems, Dragoon Brewery. Dragoon, although only less than a year old, is already becoming one of Tucson's favorite breweries to visit. Combining a southwestern style with European influence and a passion for brewing, you get some of the finest craft beer you can find in Tucson.

We talk about the brewery with head brewer Eric Greene and assistant brewer Tristan White over their west-coast Dragoon IPA and Stronghold Session Ale. Then we head outside to the Animal Farm food truck and look for something to pair the Dragoon IPA with and also chat with the guys who run the food truck.
