What is this film about:
The film is a humble observation of a world where time is not controlled by a clock.
The film gives an idea of the life of monks on the Greek peninsula of Athos, of their amazing, selfless existence. The images of the monks’ self-sacrifice do not leave the spectator indifferent.
We see people completely immersed in work, prayer, trials, numerous difficulties and pains.
The viewer, immersed in the atmosphere of the film, unwittingly becomes a direct participant in the events.
