RotoMark ZX - Industrial rotary table laser machine - LASIT

The RotoMark is a laser marker equipped with a mechanical cam rotary table that can have from 2 to 8 stations. It allows the laser marking of both small and large series of details in masked time. The table mechanism ensures speed, precision and repeatability. This laser marker was designed for those with large production needs or for those who need to mark large details, but it is extremely functional even when a single piece or a limited series needs to be made.

The rotary table mechanism is a mechanical cam and guarantees: great stability thanks to a large diameter bearing, precision and repeatability of positioning in the order of 100µm at the periphery of the table and rotation speed (therefore greater productivity) thanks to the inverter control .
The structure is made entirely of stretched, welded and milled steel tubing and has notable advantages such as: greater acceleration of the axes without the risk of vibrations, absolute stability and high resistance in the event of machine movements and/or accidental impacts.
