Those who are devoted to Sri Krsna, experience the joy of being protected and taken care of by Him always. Sri Krsna is very very merciful to the devotees...even for a very little acts of devotion, he may award the highest destination...and we have seen many examples for this... like making Putna His mother in Spiritual world, for just breastfeeding Him(even if it was poison), or saving Draupadi from getting disrobed just in return for her call "Govind", or becoming a chariot driver for Arjun... etc.

Generally people come to Krsna for some ulterior purpose, but by the purificatory action of devotional service, their minds start dwelling in Krsna only, and they attain pure Bhakti..

Chapter 7, TEXT 16
catur-vidha bhajante mam
janah sukrtino 'rjuna
arto jijnasur artharthi
jnani ca bharatarsabha

TRANSLATION
O best among the Bharatas [Arjuna], four kinds of pious men render devotional service unto Me—the distressed, the desirer of wealth, the inquisitive, and he who is searching for knowledge of the Absolute.

This video showcases a story of a couple, who turn to Krsna for their desires, to get a child, but ultimately after some devotional service realize the bliss of devotion, and take to pure devotional service - Serving Krsna with only motive of pleasing Him, and no desire for anything material and even liberation.
