We start off Open Spaces 2024 with an insightful Q&A session with Carl Heyne, the General Manager of Heyne’s Wholesale Nursery, a family business that has been thriving for over 150 years, earning a stellar reputation in the horticultural industry.

Carl is the Director & General Manager of Heyne’s Wholesale
Nursery. Carl started in the family business in 1994. After
purposefully working a wide range of roles, Carl moved his way
up through the business into production manager before his
current appointment as General Manager in 2009.
Carl is an advocate for SA Grown, greenspaces, industry peak
bodies and also for Memory Walk & Jog which raises funds to
support those with dementia.
